Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and Manage entire Accounts profile including Drafting & Finalization of Balance Sheet &Profit & Loss A/c of company.
Monthly Profit & Loss A/c & Cost Sheet.
Expert knowledge of GST Law & GST Compliance ( GST Registration/Migration, Return, Payment,
Refund & preparation of books as per GST Act).
Filing of Income Tax Return, TDS Return, TCS Return, GST Return, VAT Return, Service Tax Return,
and Wealth Tax Return.
GAAP.
Expert Knowledge of Tally 9.0 ERP
Receivable & Payable Management.
Preparing MIS Report, like Cash Flow, Fund Flow, Debtors & Creditors ageing.
Account Entry of FDR & Interest calculation of FDR.
Coordinating with bankers for all banking work like renewal of credit facility (prepare the renewal documents) Etc.
Preparation of Stock statement quarterly and submitting it in the bank
Passing entry & maintaining books of account regarding Import.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Making Credit Note & Debit note.
Calculation & deposit, TDS, TCS & Advance Tax.
Preparing Monthly Statement of Outstanding Debtors & Creditors.
Handling all other legal compliances related to company
Salary Wages ESIC,PF Compliance
Overall seeing the process, monitoring and approval of all Receivable and Payable.
